National Trust Penrhyn Castle Services Update Project
Complete renewal of all Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, Telecoms, Fire alarm and Security Alarm systems throughout this immense rambling Castle.
A highly ambitious 5 year phased programme to renew of all of the obsolete services throughout most of this magnificent property. Exceeding care was required to fully protect the irreplaceable fabric and contents of the house. Working alongside a team of specialist consultants to route all services so that they remained completely hidden from view whilst avoiding damaging any of the priceless detailing throughout the mansion. Seven new high efficiency boilers were installed alongside new heating systems employing reproduction and refurbished cast iron radiators and a state of the art environmental management system.
